CRM-M-37687-2015 -2Insepctor, CIA Staff and S.I.Raj Kumar of Police Post Krishna Gate, Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra, has been constituted to investigate the present case. He further submits that at the earliest preferably within six months, the special investigation team would conclude the investigation of the present case.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of and in case the investigating Agency fails to honour the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the State, then the petitioner may be relegated to move an application to revive the present petition. Learned counsel for the State as well as the learned counsel representing respondent Nos.6, 8 to 11, has no objection to the above prayer.
