(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.0092 dated 18.08.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 355, 506, 148, 149 IPC (offence under Section 294-A IPC deleted and offence under Section 295-A IPC has been added) at Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Rupnagar. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
