- 3 # Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents No.2 to 5 to consider and decide petitioners' representations/legal notices dated 24.06.2022 (Annexure P-7), 02.03.2024 (Annexure P-8), 04.09.2024 (Annexure P-10) and final representation dated 09.10.2025 (Annexure P-11) by cancelling/deleting/reversing mutation (intkal) No.10571 dated 23.06.2020 (Annexure P-6) 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

3.1 Let the aforesaid fresh writ petition be filed within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the same shall not be entertained by the Registry.
