PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari challenging the communication dated 23rd of July, 2019. The claim of the petitioner is based upon parity of pay for which her husband was entitled. Admittedly, the grievance if any to the husband of the petitioner arose prior to 2006. He retired from services on 31st of January, 2011 and unfortunately died on 26th of July, 2012. In all those times husband of the petitioner never approached this Court. Even the petitioner has now approached after expiry of about 11 years after the death of her husband.

In the considered opinion of this Court such belated claims cannot be entertained that too after expiry of more than 17 years.
