(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Suraj Bhan in case FIR No.384 dated 27.07.2017 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Rai, District Sonepat.

On instructions from ASI Surinder Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
