(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the allegations which have been made by the petitioner are that respondents No.5 to 7 have illegally detained her relatives at the brick kiln of M/s P.B.C. Brick Kiln situated at village Channo, Police Station Channo, Tehsil and District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the detenues, whose details have been mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the present writ petition, are in the illegal custody of respondents No.5 to 7 and they be got released. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he will be satisfied in case the allegations as alleged in this writ petition are considered by respondent No.2-District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur, District Sangrur and appropriate action is taken. CRWP-5506-2021 -2Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 only. Mr. Sandeep Singh Deol, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab-respondents No.1 to 4. Learned State counsel submits that the allegations as alleged in the present writ petition will be considered by respondent No.2 and appropriate action, if needed, will be taken expeditiously. Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the allegations as alleged in this writ petition and pass an appropriate speaking order within a period of four weeks from today and in case, any action is needed to be taken in pursuance to the speaking order, the same be also taken expeditiously without any delay so that the detenues, if any found, do not suffer their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents.
