(Oral) This is a petition for the grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 165 dated 11.09.2015, under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 379, 148, 149 IPC(Section 326 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Division No.4, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not press this petition but liberty may be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for regular bail and that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the said application expeditiously.
