(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 0675 dated 06.08.2018 registered under Sections 406 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Faridabad. On instructions from ASI Zakir Hussain, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.09.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
