Relief to that extent is allowed to be withdrawn.

CRM No. M-23457 of 2021 (O&M) -2Upon hearing counsel for the petitioner and the State and on perusal of the records, the present petition stands disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to ensure due protection of life and personal liberty of the petitioner at the hands of the persons so detailed in her complaint Annexure P/9. However, it is made clear that this order shall not come in the way of legitimate legal action that might be taken by the police against the petitioner under the law.
