(Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.84 dated 25.09.2015, under Sections 366-A, 366, 363 and 120-B IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act (Section 376 IPC added subsequently), registered at Police Station Chohla Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harbhajan Singh, has informed that the prosecutrix is happily residing with petitioner Pargat Singh alias Bagga.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.12.2016, passed by this Court whereby the interim bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
