**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner is non-NET qualified and worked as Extension Lecturer (Maths) in K.M. Government College Narwana (Jind) w.e.f 12.08.2014 to 15.11.2014 and 08.01.2015 to 21.04.2015 and was relieved due to non availability of workload. Petitioner is now seeking that he may be re-engage keeping in view the workload and vacancy in the College The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 05.04.2019 (Annexure P-5) stating therein that he be allowed to join as workload is still available in the College which is mentioned at Sr. No. 251, in letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-4).

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to look into representation dated 05.04.2019 (Annexure P-5) and adjust the petitioner on vacant post at Sr. No. 251 of the letter dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-4), keeping in view judgment passed in CWP No. 16954-2015 tilted as Anurag Chahal and others vs. State of Haryana and another within a period of three months.
