(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.389 dated 07.09.2021 under Sections 148, 149, 323 (later on added Section 325), 452 and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station, City Mahendergarh.

Learned State counsel on instructions from S.I. Ramesh submits that in compliance of order dated 16.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 16.03.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
