Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, limits his prayer in the present revision petition and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 which has been pending for over a period of two years. It is further the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that ex parte ad interim stay was granted vide order dated 19.01.2023 and till date the application has not been decided. The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the defendants against whom the injunction order was passed i.e. defendant Nos.11, 23, 36 to 39, 42, 43, 47, 51 and 52 have all filed their written statements as well as their replies to the injunction application. 2.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to Yogesh Sharma 2025.04.10 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
