/ 6 In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before respondent No.5 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Respondent No.5 is further directed to consider the said representation and pass a speaking order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 8 weeks thereafter. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner. Needless to say, if the petitioner is found entitled to the relief sought, the same shall be granted forthwith by respondent No.5.
