Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.5 and 6 and to decide the representation dated 05.10.2015 moved by the petitioner to Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that representation dated 05.10.2015 (Annexure P-2), moved to Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition.

In view of above, respondent No.3/Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar, is directed to look into the said representation (Annexure P-2) and pass appropriate order within 2 months without being influenced in any way of this order, after receiving certified copy of this order, as per law.
