Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of criminal complaint bearing No. 358 dated 18.11.2016 under Sections 307, 325, 323, 450, 148 & 149 IPC and summoning order dated 08.11.2017 (Annexure P3), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur.

By now, petitioners have not availed the remedy available to them under Section 397 Cr.P.C. As such, present petition stands dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court of Sessions, at first instance and in case, they take any plea regarding condonation of delay, the same shall be considered sympathetically.
