(Oral) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to proceed with the investigation in case FIR No.44 dated 30.08.2014, under Sections 498-A, 307, 328 and 34 IPC, Police Station SGN Dev Thermal Plant, Bathinda, On 01.08.2016, learned State counsel on instructions from HC Jaswant Singh, has informed that cancellation report presented before Illaqa Magistrate on 09.03.2016 was not accepted and the matter has been referred again for further investigation.

Today, learned State counsel on instructions from HC Malkiat Singh, states that complainant has given an affidavit dated 17.10.2016 to the Naresh Kumar 2016.12.23 15:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-37761-2015 -2effect that she has compromised the matter with the accused and thereafter, the cancellation report is being made again.

In view of above facts, the present petition is dismissed, as having rendered infructuous.
