**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.19 dated 23.01.2016, under Sections 304-B and 34 IPC and charges framed under Section 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Jind, District Jind.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 24.01.2016. As per the allegations in the FIR, Deepak (husband of deceased) had compromised the matter with his wife Minakshi before the panchayat on 16.03.2014 and all the main allegations of commission of the pointed offences are assigned to him (husband of the deceased).

Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that out of total 18 witnesses, 4 private witnesses have Naresh Kumar 2017.05.19 11:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh been examined so far.

CRM-M-38670-2016 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioner was arrested on 24.01.2016. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Jind.

Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
