(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to register FIR against respondent No. 1 by setting aside the order dated 13.06.2018 (Annexure P-3) of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phagwara, District Kapurthala, whereby application of the petitioner under Section 156

(3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed.

Heard.

The instant petition is a gross abuse of the process of law, whereby the petitioner has sought registration of FIR by setting aside the order (Annexure P-3) of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phagwara, dismissing his complaint.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
