 Since parties belong to the adjoining villages and in the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court accompanied by the fact that the compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and bringing about peace and harmony and the offences being not very serious, the prayer made in the petition is allowed and the proceedings by way of case FIR No.47 dated 14.06.2014 registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran under Sections 326/323/324/148/149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
