Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 183 dated 8.9.2017, registered under Section(s) 148, 149, 323, 324, 452 & 506 IPC (Section 326 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Chhachhrauli.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Bhoop Singh, contended that petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for further investigation. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations levelled against the petitioners in the FIR, the present petition is accepted and order dated 2.11.2017, passed by this Court, granting interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s), is made absolute.
