Petitioners have sought quashing of FIR in question registered against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that matter was investigated by SIT which deleted offence under section 307 IPC.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daljeet Singh, who is present in court, submits that a cancellation report has been prepared in this case and is likely to be filed before the competent court shortly in any case not later than one month. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
