None for the petitioners Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. AG, Haryana Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Mr. Pankaj Nain, Superintendent of Police, Karnal has come present and has filed his affidavit dated 4/10.2.2016 tendering unconditional apology for his act and conduct. Keeping in view the unconditional apology, the Officer is discharged.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jitender Singh, Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal has made statement that both the petitioners have made statements before the police, copies of which are placed on record as Annexure R/1 and R/2, that there is no threat to their live and personal liberty and they do not require any police protection.
