[2] This petition was filed for issuance of directions to the official respondents for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents arrayed in the petition. Prayer is made that petitioners are living in a live-in relationship and petitioner No.1 is apprehending threat from her husband.

[3] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law including under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
