After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition for quashing of FIR No.87 dated 24.09.2013, under Sections 354/341/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Kahnuwan, District Gurdaspur with liberty to take all the pleas in the petition before the learned trial court at appropriate stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial court and his personal appearance before the learned trial court be dispensed with.

It is conceded that no such application has been moved before the learned trial court. In case any such application is moved by the petitioner seeking exemption from his personal appearance, the same be decided in accordance with law.
