The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.50 dated 07.03.2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar on merits. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ashwani Kumar states that the petitioner in the present case since stands acquitted and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
