NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ved Singh, Police Station, Sector 40, Gurgaon, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court, vide order dated 18.08.2015 the petitioner has joined the investigation. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation, therefore, interim directions issued by this Court on various dates in the present case are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
