3.6-./)./'.173#8-.19 The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking setting aside of order dated 21.7.2014 (Annexure P-2) whereby trial court has awarded maintenance to the respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner as well respondent have got re-married and are happily staying with their spouse. As the respondent has got re-married, she is not entitled to the maintenance from the petitioner. In view of statement of learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent has got re-married, she is not entitled to the maintenance from the petitioner and it seems to be the reason for nonappearance of the respondent. As the respondent has got re-married, the impugned order PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.01.10 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
is not sustainable and present petition deserves to be allowed and accordingly allowed. Impugned order dated 21.7.2014 (Annexure P-2) is hereby quashed. The respondent is at liberty to move an application, if she has any grievance to express. 83.6-./)./'.19 3462
