The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.27 dated 13.04.2021 under Sections 370, 376(2)(n), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, registered at Police Station Women Police Station Rohtak, District Rohtak 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that as per the custody certificate received, the petitioner stands convicted in the present case and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
