(Oral) This is a petition for regular bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 231 dated 30.03.2015, under sections 365, 342, 394, 384, 120-B, 506 IPC and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has been in custody for the last more than seven months and the co-accused have been released on regular bail. Learned DAG, on instructions from ASI Shahid Ahmed, has accepted this fact. Consequently I do not see any reason to take a different view. Let the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
