(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.57 dated 21.08.2017 under Sections 448/511/454/427/188/506/148/149 IPC at Police Station Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 30, 2017, all except petitioner no.10, have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated November 30, 2017 granting ad interim pre-arrest bail is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition qua petitioner no.10 is, however, dismissed. Disposed of.
