Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.29 dated 01.02.2020 under Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurpal Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
