This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 88 dated 02.08.2017 under sections 51, 52A, 63, 69 of Copy Right Act, 1957 and under section 420 IPC at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 09.10.2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 09.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
