Petitioner has alleged violation of order dated 25.07.2022, Annexure P-1, passed by this Court in CWP-3011-2022, whereby respondent No.2 was directed to decide legal notice dated 15.10.2012, Annexure P-2, by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondent. 3.

State counsel has produced xerox copies of the covering letter dated 06.09.2022 along with order dated 31.08.2022, passed by the respondent, which is taken on record, to state that order, Annexure P-1, has been complied with. He has instructions to state that the copies of the forwarding letter dated 06.09.2022 as well as order dated 31.08.2022, had been sent to the petitioner.
