Limited prayer in the present revision petition is for expeditious disposal of the case under Section 7 read with Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the matter had been fixed for arguments on numerous dates, however, the Court is not proceeding to hear the arguments.

A perusal of the E-Court website of the Family Court, SBS Nagar reveals that 13 adjournments for arguments had been given though both the counsel for the parties were present. The case is now fixed for 17.05.2023 for arguments.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Family Court, SBS Nagar, to hear the matter on the date fixed i.e. 17.05.2023 and dispose off the same, provided the counsel for both the parties cooperate.

Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
