Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector General of Police, Karnal Range, Karnal, to constitute a special investigating team (SIT) consisting of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Inspector of Police and one more officer of his own choice to conduct further investigation of this case as per law. The Inspector General of Police, Karnal Range, Karnal, shall himself supervise the investigation.
