Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash order dated 21.04.2022 (P-5), whereby private respondent Nos. 3 to 82, who belong to "Fresh Category" (Category No. 6) have been selected and appointed as "Senior Residents".

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, submits that in view of the order dated 19.07.2022 passed by competent authority, which is taken on record as Mark-X, he does not want to pursue the present petition any further.

In view of the above, instant petition is disposed off accordingly.
