NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents for releasing the petitioner on parole to attend the marriage of his son, to be held on 27/28.04.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the son of the petitioner is fixed for 27/28.04.2024, as evident from the Invitation Card (Annexure P-2). It is prayed that accordingly the petitioner be released on parole for a period of six weeks.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ranvir Singh Arya, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and points out that the parole has already been granted to the petitioner vide VIJAY ASIJA 2024.04.24 15.39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

2024:PHHC:055273 CRWP-3604-2024 order dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Hisar. It is submitted that the petitioner could not be released on parole on account of the fact that he had failed to furnish the requisite bail bonds and surety bonds, mentioned in para 5 of the order dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall furnish the said requisite bail bonds and surety bonds, as mentioned in order dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) and prays that thereafter the petitioner may be released on parole. Needless to say, upon furnishing of requisite bail bonds and surety bonds in compliance of order dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) to the satisfaction of the concerned Illaqa/District Magistrate, the petitioner shall be released on parole for a period of six weeks, as prayed for.

Disposed of in above terms.
