 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 19.5.2022 of this Court, the petitioners have not only joined investigation but have also fully cooperated with the investigating agency. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Babbu Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation; they have fully cooperated with the investigating agency and at this stage, the petitioners are not required for further custodial interrogation. Since the petitioners have joined investigation and have fully cooperated with the investigating agency; no recovery is to be effected from GAURI SHANKER 2022.09.20 20:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticy of this document

 

 them, this Court is of the considered opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not warranted.

In view of the above, the order of this Court dated 19.5.2022, granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall abide by the conditions as enshrined under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioners fail to join and cooperate with the investigation agency, the State would be at liberty to move an application for cancellation of the present anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners.
