**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satnam Singh submits that petitioner was arraigned as an accused with her alias name as Simran Kaur and after that, on verification, it is clarified that Gurdeep Kaur is Simran Kaur and the same was clarified by Gurdeep Singh in his disclosure statement.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file anticipatory bail application. The present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty to file all bail applications in accordance with law. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even if the petitioner has been named on the disclosure statement, the same is inadmissible given the bare of Section 25 of Indian Evidence Act.
