**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action in the context of protecting fundamental right of the petitioner to carry on the trade, business or occupation and also for protection of lives and liberties of the company officials from being invaded by the private respondents.

Precisely for the grievance, the petitioner has already approached respondent No.2 by way of filing a representation

 dated 12.05.2022 but the same has not been decided so far. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case its representation is directed to be decided by respondent No.2 in accordance with law within a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

This writ petition is disposed of by relegating the petitioner to press its representation dated 12.05.2022 before the Assistant Commissioner of Police Headquarters, Haryana, Panchkula/respondent No.2.

In case, the petitioner approaches respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall act in pursuance thereof and take action in accordance with law. Respondent No.2 shall be at liberty to devise his own ways and means to ascertain the truth and may also requisition report from respondent No.3 before

 taking any action in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
