ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.107 dated 23.05.2017, registered under Sections 379-B, 452, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Kotwali, District Bathinda. The operative part of the order dated 26.04.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....As per the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name cropped up during the custodial investigation of co-accused Monu Churianwala and thereafter the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

The petitioner has relied upon orders dated 13.10.2017 passed in CRM-M Nos. 33904 and 25985 of 2017 and orders dated 14.11.2017 & 14.11.2018 passed in CRM-M Nos. 35758 of 2017 and 40832 of 2018, wherein co-accused Bunty, Sandeep Kumar, Deepak Bansal @ MOHD YAKUB 2019.05.14 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.

CRM-M No.18688 of 2019 Deepu and Ashu Malhotra have been granted concession of anticipatory bail by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 26.04.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Gurmail Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.04.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
