(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, fairly states that since some serious typographical and clerical mistakes have crept in, he will not be in a position to substantiate his arguments, at this stage. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action but with better particulars, including annexing correct translation copy of the impugned FIR.

Permission is granted.
