*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh states that as per report received from FSL, Mohali, signatures of petitioner Kamaljit Singh do not tally with the disputed signatures. The petitioner has since joined the investigation. As per his statement, he is not required for further investigation by the local police.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 26.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
