The petitioner along with another has duped the complainant Balinder Singh by obtaining a sum of Rs. 5.5 lacs from him to get a job in the railways. Neither any job was arranged in the railways nor money was returned. The petitioner has been in custody since 4.5.2014. Co-accused of the petitioner has been granted the concession of bail. Adopting the principle of parity , the petitioner can be granted the concession of bail as the trial is likely to take long time.

The petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court.
