(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Chakmaur Singh, submits that the cancellation report has again been prepared after further investigation in the FIR in question. Learned State counsel further submits that the said cancellation report shall be submitted before the concerned competent Court within two weeks from today.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if the cause of action so ensues.

Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
