Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Kumar, Police Station, Ellenabad, District Sirsa, submits that in compliance of the order of the dated 05.12.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further custodial interrogation is not required in the present case.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 05.12.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
