 "#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Robin Bansal in case FIR No.111 dated 27.09.2014 registered at Police Station City9II Mansa under Sections 498A/406 IPC.

   It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have settled the dispute amicably regarding which an amount of 16.00 lacs has been paid by the petitioner9husband which has been received by the complainant/respondent No.2 wife and which is duly acceded and accepted by Mr. S.K. Jain, Advocate representing the complainant wife and is not even dispute by learned State counsel, in view of which the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 05.11.2014 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
