(Oral) Counsel for the petitioners states that as Gurdev Kaur whose name is actually Pritam Kaur also sustained injuries in the occurrence and she is not signatory to the compromise deed, the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw the petition but without prejudice to their rights to file a fresh petition in case the said injured also agrees for quashing of the proceedings on the basis of compromise. Ordered accordingly.
