Jaspal Singh, J.(Oral) This is a petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C, for quashing of FIR No.111, dated 27.08.2015, under Sections, 186, 323, 332, 353 and 506, IPC, registered at Police Station, Rozka Meo, District Mewat, along with subsequent proceedings. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to have recourse to the other remedies available under law.
